Gluten-free Easter Bunny Cake

Enjoy this fun and yummy treat as an Easter tradition, or to celebrate spring! This is a great activity for kids to help decorate.


  • 1 Mom's Place Gluten Free Yellow or White Cake Mix
  • 1 Mom's Place Cream Cheese Frosting Mix
  • Candies, Fruit, Sprinkles, Sugar, etc. for decorating
  • Directions:

    Use two 9" bun pans or pie tins work too.

    Make Mom's Place Gluten Free Yellow or White Cake. All you need is eggs, milk and mayonaise (will vary how much of these ingredients you use based on it being a yellow or white cake, it is up to you!)

    Pour into two pans and bake as per directions on package.

    Cut accordingly (to make the ears and tie)and place on a pan

    Make our Cream Cheese frosting as indicated on the package. All you need is cream cheese, butter, and milk or heavy cream.


    Find a cutie-petutie little buddy to help you decorate!

    You can decorate your Easter Bunny Cake with whatever you like!  We used mostly fruit - kiwi's, oranges, strawberries and raspberries, plus a few sprinkles and some pink taffy.  Just have fun with it and enjoy this delectable gluten free treat!
