Gluten-Free Protein Bites
- 1 cup Mom's Place Gluten Free Rolled Oats
- 2/3 cup finely shredded organic coconut (optional)
- 1/2 cup organic peanut butter
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (gluten free)
- 1/3 cup raw honey
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
Mix all together in mixer until blended well. Roll into balls and store in fridge for up to one week. You can also press flat into baking dish and cut into bars if preferred.
