Gluten-free Strawberry Cheesecake


Ingredients:

1 Mom's Place Gluten Free Simple! Graham Cracker Crust Mix
1/4 cup Buttar (softened)
8 oz Cream Cheese
1 1/2 cups Powdered Sugar
1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
1 package Mom's Place Gluten Free Strawberry Pie Glaze
1 cup Cold Water
2 cups Strawberries, sliced

Directions:

Follow instructions and make Mom's Place Gluten Free Simple! Graham Cracker Crust and press into bottom of 9x13 inch casserole dish (prepare and bake it according to mix instructions). In mixing bowl, cream together cream cheese and powdered sugar. Whip cream in separate bowl until stiff peaks form. Fold whipped cream into cream cheese and powdered sugar mixture. Drop by small spoonfuls onto crust and spread carefully. Place in refrigerator. Prepare Mom's Place Gluten Free Strawberry Pie Glaze according to pie filling  or fruit glaze instructions, according to preference. Pour over cream cheese layer. Cover and allow to set up in refrigerator for 4 - 5 hours.  Enjoy!
