Gluten-free Apple Crisp


  • 8 cups peeled, chopped apples
  • 4 Tbs. butter, melted
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • Mix butter, sugar, and cinnamon. Pour over apples.



Mix and place about 1/4 of topping in the bottom of a greased 9x9 pan. Layer with apple mixture. Add remaining topping and work somewhat into the apples leaving a good amount of crumble on top. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
