Gluten-Free Gnocchi with Red Sauce
- 1 package Mom’s Place DeLallo Gnocchi
- (2) 14.5 oz. cans diced tomatoes
- (2) 8 oz. tomato sauce
- 1 ½ C. water
- 1 package Mom’s Place Spaghetti Seasoning
Boil the Gnocchi as directed on the packaging. Make Spaghetti Sauce according to the package with the tomatoes, tomato sauce, and water. Can add the option 1 lb. hamburger if preferred. Pour sauce over gnocchi and serve.
For added flavor, instead of boiling, pan-fry the Gnocchi for approximately 10 minutes with a Tbs. of olive oil, turning on both sides to cook through.
