Mom's Meatloaf

Meatloaf Ingredients:

½ lb. extra lean ground beef

2 beaten eggs

½ C. milk

⅔ C. Mom’s Place Bread Crumbs

2 Tbls. onion

½ tsp. salt

¼ tsp GF chili powder

Dash of pepper

¼ C. GF Ketchup

1 Tbls. brown sugar

½ tsp. dry mustard

Directions: Mix all together, place in loaf pan or a 9x13 pan. Bake for 40 minutes at 350°. While baking, start the meatloaf sauce below. Add the finished, boiled meatloaf sauce, then cook 30 more minutes.

Meatloaf Sauce Ingredients:

2 8-oz. cans tomato sauce

2 Tbls. vinegar

2 Tbls. mustard

½ C. brown sugar

A little water as needed

(Optional) 2-3 Tbls. honey for a slightly sweeter sauce

Directions: Heat until boiling.
