Mom's Meatloaf


Meatloaf Ingredients:

  • ½ lb. extra lean ground beef
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • ½ C. milk
  • ⅔ C. Mom’s Place Bread Crumbs
  • 2 Tbls. onion
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ¼ tsp GF chili powder
  • Dash of pepper
  • ¼ C. GF Ketchup
  • 1 Tbls. brown sugar
  • ½ tsp. dry mustard

Directions:

Mix all together, place in loaf pan or a 9x13 pan. Bake for 40 minutes at 350°. While baking, start the meatloaf sauce below. Add the finished, boiled meatloaf sauce, then cook 30 more minutes.

Meatloaf Sauce Ingredients:

  • 2 8-oz. cans tomato sauce
  • 2 Tbls. vinegar
  • 2 Tbls. mustard
  • ½ C. brown sugar
  • A little water as needed
  • (Optional) 2-3 Tbls. honey for a slightly sweeter sauce

Directions:

Heat until boiling.
