Gluten-Free Pistachio Bread
Ingredients:
- 1 Mom's Place Yellow or Vanilla Cake Mix
- 1 Small Box Pistachio Pudding
- 5 Eggs
- 1/4 Cup Water
- 1/2 Cup Oil
- 1 Cup Sour Cream
- Sprinkle of Cinnamon
- Sprinkle of Sugar
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together, except for the cinnamon and sugar. Grease 2 bread pans. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar on bottom and sides of pans. Divide dough evenly in pans. Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
