Gluten-Free Fiesta/Ranch Chicken Tacos and Nachos
Ingredients:
- 2lbs. Boneless Chicken (About 4 chicken breasts)
- 2Tbsp. butter
- 1 package Mom's Place Gluten Free Fiesta Chile Lime Seasoning (or 3 Tbsp. from Family Size)
- 1- 1.1 oz. Package Mom's Place Gluten Free Ranch Dressing Mix
- 1/2 -1 Cup Water
- Batch of Mom's Place Gluten Free Flour Tortillas (can prepare and cook the tortillas while chicken is cooking in crockpot, or make in advance- follow instructions on package) OR Old El Paso GF hard taco shells
Directions:
Place ingredients in large crock pot. Cover with lid and cook on high heat for 4 hours, or low heat for 5-6 hours. Shred chicken in crockpot & serve on Mom's Place Gluten Free (prepared) Flour Tortillas OR Old El Paso GF hard taco shells. Add lettuce and tomato, salsa, shredded cheese, sour cream & guacamole (any of your favorite toppings will do) & enjoy!
Another option is to serve it over Mom's Place Gluten Free Pasta & top with Fiesta Chile Lime Dip.
