Halloween 7 Layer Dip
16 oz. can Gluten Free Refried Beans
1/2 package Mom's Place Gluten Free Taco Seasoning
1 cup Sour Cream
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
Guacamole: 1 ripe Avocado, 1 tsp. Lime Juice, 1/2 tsp. Salt, pinch garlic Powder
1/2 cup sliced riped Black Olives
1 cup shredded Cheese
1/2 cup chopped Tomato
1 Green Onion, thinly sliced
2-3 TBLS. Milk
plastic squirt bottle (optional)
plastic spider ring (optional)
Gluten Free Tortilla Chips
Mix 1/2 cup of the sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning, and set aside. Take a glass pie dish and layer the ingredients. Start with refried beans, taco seasoning mixture, and then spread guacamole on top. Mix remaining 1/2 cup sour cream with enough milk to make it thin and easy to come out of squirt bottle. Draw spider web on top of the guacamole with the sour cream mixture. Sprinkle tomatoes, olives, green onion and cheese around the edges. Place spider in the center as a decoration. Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy!
This is also a great appetizer anytime of the year, simply add each layer (and leave out the spider web and spider!).
