2 cups Sour Cream
2 Tbsp. Butter (melted)
2 cups grated Cheddar Cheese
1 bag shredded Hash Brown Potatoes (defrost in microwave for about 2 min.)
Optional: add 2 - 4 Tbsp. browned Onions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Reconstitute the Mom's Place Gluten Free Cream of Chicken Soup, just as package instructions indicate. Stir together all liquid ingredients, and then stir in hash browns and add 1 cup of cheese. Pour into 9x13 pan. Top with remaining grated cheese. Cover with non-stick aluminum foil and bake for 30 - 40 minutes - it should be bubbly around the edges. Remove foil and cook an additional 15 - 20 minutes until cheese is bubbly & crispy on top.
Enjoy with ham, covered with Mom's Place Gluten Free Honey & Brown Sugar Ham Glaze, and your favorite veggie!
