Gluten Free Chocolate Banana Bread
1/2 cup cocoa powder
3 ripe bananas
1/2 cup oil
Pre-heat oven to 325 degrees. In large mixing bowl, blend bananas, oil & eggs until smooth and creamy. Pour Mom's Place Gluten Free Banana Bread mix and cocoa and mix well (do not overbeat). Pour into 8x4 inch greased loaf pan. Bake for 45-55 minutes and enjoy!
