Gluten Free Crockpot Chicken Ranch
2 lbs. boneless chicken (about 4 chicken breasts)
1 tsp. Mom's Place Gluten Free Chicken Bouillon (add it to 1 cup water)
3 Tbsp. butter
4 oz. cream cheese, cubed
1 Mom's Place Gluten Free Quinoa Pasta (any style)
Chives or cooked crumbled bacon (optional)
Lay chicken in crockpot. Pour in chicken broth (1 tsp. Mom's Place Gluten Free Chicken Bouillon w/ 1 cup water). Sprinkle dry package of Mom's Place Gluten Free Ranch Dressing mix. Top with butter and cream cheese. Cover with lid and cook on high hieat for 4 hours, or low heat for 5-6 hours. Prior to serving, prepare the quinoa pasta per package directions. Remove chicken from crockpot and serve over the pasta. Pour sauce over chicken and pasta. You may sprinkle chives or bacon crumbles and enjoy!
