Gluten-free Crockpot Santa Fe Chicken
Try this for a really busy day. This is quick and tasty. Use your favorite salsa and frozen chicken breasts for a fast throw it in and walk away meal. Done when you come home. With 3 ingredients it is easy to keep everything on hand!
- 2-3 frozen chicken breasts
- 1 package (1.1 oz.) Mom's Place Gluten Free Santa Fe Fajita Seasoning Mix
(or you could use Mom's Place Gluten Free Fiest Chile Lime Dip Mix)
- 1 cup salsa
- 1/2 cup water
Place chicken on bottom of crockpot and then sprinkle the Santa Fe Fajita seasoning on top of the chicken. Add remaining ingredients and turn your crockpot on low for 6-8 hours. Serve over gluten free corn chips, baked potato or rice. Top with sour cream and cheese. Serves 4-6 people.
