Gluten-free Chili Beef Pasta

In a large sauce pan, cook ground beef and onions until hamburger is no longer pink, breaking into crumbles; drain. Stir in chili mix, diced tomatoes, green pepper, sugar and water; bring to a boil. Stir in pasta and reduce heat. Simmer, covered 8-10 minutes or until pasta is tender, stirring occassionally. Serve and top with fresh tomatoes and oregano, if desired.
