Our buttermilk biscuits really are the best biscuits, plus they are DAIRY FREE too! They are super easy to make. And you can also add grated cheddar cheese and you have cheesy biscuits. We love them for Sunday brunch, or when company is coming. Other options are biscuits and gravy or drop them on top of your favorite stew for dumplings. Yum! Makes 8-9 biscuits.
