Love this bread! I make it in my bread machine.

I make this as dinner rolls in a silicone muffin pan. They are absolutely delicious. I refrigerate leftovers, slice them in half and toast them the next day. Really good!

My son loves this bread. The only problem was reading the recipe. The print was so small that I put 1/4 cup water instead of 3/4. I had to put on two glasses to see it. So I wasted one bag. Good thing I bought more.

Instructions said to use 8x4 loaf pan. That was WAY too small. Batter overflowed and then bread was undercooked and too moist. It didn't brown on top. Flavor was good. I'd be willing to try again but in a larger pan.
