It's a great calzone dough. However, I'm glad I had gf flour on hand because there wasn't enough in the package to roll out all the dough. I will cut the water amount in half next time. It was very tasty and a great way to rework an old favorite back in our meal line-up!
I make these without the yeast due to a yeast allergy. Using a tsp baking soda and tsp of lemon juice then follow the rest of the recipe and they are amazing!
This was amazing. Even my picky non GF family members loved it. I made pizza pockets stuffed with each person's favorite pizza toppings and everyone was impressed. YUM!
