The lasagna I made from these noodles is delicious. It has been a long time since I was able to enjoy lasagna since I could not find any gluten free lassgna pasta.
These were so good. My husband is always my true test with GF products, as he is the non celiac, and said he could not tell the difference with these noodles. Texture is not mushy and noodles hold up great!
Delicious! I followed the recipe on the back with a substitute of one pound of beef, dairy free ricotta and mozzarella. Very delicious!
It's been years since I've had lasagna. It turned out great. You do have to add extra sauce to soften the noodles while baking. If the noodles are still a bit hard just put back in the oven and bake longer with extra sauce. Even my husband liked it and he doesn't like GF foods.
