Delicious, perfectly textured bread sticks! These gluten-free bread sticks are hard to find, but we have finally perfected the mix! With a not to hard and not to soft bite, you will be in heaven as you enjoy these with your Italian food. Makes 20-24 breadsticks.
Ingredients: Brown Rice Flour, Tapioca Flour, Organic Evaporated Cane Sugar, Dried Potato Flakes, Xanthan Gum, Italian Seasoning, Yeast, Salt.

What a gift to eat breadsticks that weren't flat nor overly dense. The next time we eat these, I'll look forward to adding the Italian seasoning packet, but butter and parmesan cheese made these delicious!

The breadsticks are quite good and took surprisingly little time for a yeast bread. No rising time required as long as ingredients are kept warm. This is a good way to satisfy that longing for yeast breads that are usually made with wheat.
