I add cinnamon and golden raisins to the mix, then make an icing with my leftover cream, powdered sugar and more cinnamon. They are really delicious!

These scones are amazing. The Light and flavorful scones didn’t last long at my house. I made half the mix with fresh blueberries and half with dried cranberries with orange zest. Both were great.

It was easy to follow instructions and make scones. Mine were a little on dry side but that was my fault not checking them sooner. They still tasted great and everyone ate them up. Even my husband liked his!! I made up the dough and then split it into 3 and added blueberries to one and cheese to another so I had plain, cheesy and blueberries.
Only 4 out of 9 plain ones didn't get eaten. I think adding extra ingredients really punches things up a bit in the favor department.

moist, flavorful and the best gf scones I've had. easy to make except they are sticky and a little tricky putting them onto bakeware but that goes with gf dough

THANK YOU for not putting vanilla flavoring in these! Vanilla is one of my most inconvenient food sensitivities; even when I find products free from gluten, dairy, and soy, they often contain vanilla. I made these scones with almond extract and they are delicious! I was short on add-ins, but next time (there *must* be a next time) I'm thinking I will stir in slivered almonds and craisins.

My one suggestion would be to include instructions for making smaller batches of these. My family does not share my food sensitivities, so I'm one person working on a huge batch of scones here. I froze the majority of them, but as I only eat foods like this occasionally, it'll take me a while to work through them all. Being able to cut this recipe in half or thirds would be great.

These are fantastic, almost as good as the ones I had in England. I added dried cranberries and raisins. I kept them in the fridge and microwaved before eating. Added whipped butter and jam. AWESOME. As this makes a large amount, I put them into multiple ziplocks and froze them. They were perfect after freezing.

These scones taste great! My daughter made cranberry/chocolate chip. The texture is very nice, not grainy at all. It makes a pretty large batch, so there were plenty to eat and plenty to freeze. They did well thawed as well.

-1 since the directions are somewhat vague and hard to read due to print quality/smudges.

Amazing! I made these for my roommate who is gluten free. I added lemon zest and culinary lavender to the mix and these were some of the best scones I’ve ever had!

As advertised!! These came out perfect.

They were scrumptious. I had no heavy cream so mixed 3/4 cup of Greek yogurt with 3/4 cup of milk as a replacement. Used fresh cranberries instead. Sprinkled raw sugar on top of the melted butter. They don’t need anything else.

Superb! Thank you Mom’s for providing a wonderful mix. Can’t tell it’s gluten free!

I’ll be ordering again!

LOVED these scones! So easy to make and makes a large batch. The dough is sticky, but the end product is deliciously soft and doesn’t taste GF at all. Even my non-GF family loved them! I am also dairy free so I used almond milk instead of heavy cream and it still turned out perfect!
