This was the perfect cup for cup substitute. I didn't even notice a difference when baking!
I’ve tried every gluten free flour available. I thought there wasn’t one that I could truly use cup for cup. So I bought every gluten free flour and tried to blend myself-epic fail. Then my sister told me about Mom’s Blend. I’m hooked! It works in everything and I feel like I’m finally able to make all of our foods taste like me old recipes. We love it! We have tried other one for one substitution flours but this is the closest to the real think in texture and taste. However I do wish it could be shipped at a regular rate and not priority.
I love this product. It subs in for flour perfectly in all my recipes. One of the bags leaked in my order though, so there was product all over the box.

This is by far the best gf flour blend I have ever used. Makes great baked goods, gravy, crackers, and more. When ever a friend finds out they have to be gf, I gift them a large bag of this flour, plus recipes, this helps them to transition easier.

There has been no g/f flour at my store since the end of March so without you i wouldn't have any. I have not been with the new shipping system out of Utah via UPS. The flour came from Idaho via USPS and arrived in a couple days.
This has been my favorite brand. I’ve tried several other brands of “cup for cup” flours and I always return to Moms Best. Many times people have not even realized my baked goods were gluten free! It really is the best.
I love your products but I am having a problem relearning how to cook using gluten flour. I used to love making biscuits, pastry, and rolls. Now that I am trying to stay gluten free, sugar free, and dairy free using gluten free flour requires some adjustments that I do not know how to make. If you have any suggestions as to how to make adjustments and continue your flour.
