This soup was delightful and a welcome lunch during the winter months! The ingredients tasted so fresh it amazed me. To have delicious, safe gluten free options is wonderful for those of us with celiac.
Quick and easy meal or hearty snack. Keep them with you at work or at school. Tuck one in your purse or keep them the car so you always have a meal with you. Just add water!
