The flavor is pretty good but technical is a different story. The batter doesn't do well without the mentioned pans and it doesn't give the look of a cinnamon bun but rather a cinnamon cake. I had a really hard time getting the cinnamon mixture to swirl in so ours ended up on the top. We would try this again as the flavor is good but will try it with the recommended pans next time in hopes of a better look and blending of the cinnamon sugar mixture.
Seriously! I can’t believe how amazing these Cinnamon Rolls are. I hadn’t had a GF Cinnamon Roll for over 10 years & I thought I’d tried everything there was, but Moms Place products are literally a godsend in our house.

These are SOOOOO good - the only thing I would change would be to add more of the cinnamon mixture. Can't really taste it in the bun but overall - this is wonderful!
These cinnamon buns are amazing! My daughter is gluten- and dairy-free so we were so excited to find these. She made them in mini soufflé crocks and they turned out perfectly. I'm not sure the rest of the family even knew they were gluten-free!

The cinnamon buns I made with this mix turned out very well. In fact, so well that I made them for company and they enjoyed them very much. I also used this mix to make a King Cake for Mardi Gras. I sent it in to my husbands office since I knew there would be other goodies there and I wanted him to have something he could eat. My King Cake was gone before noon, well before the others were even half gone.
I haven't cooked these yet, but I have had them before and they are delicious! Thank you.

Okay, I really messed these up but they were still DELISH so I know once I follow the directions correctly they will be just perfect. I did make these in a bun pan which I highly recommend. Where I went wrong was I confused the frosting packed with white sugar (I'm 8 months pregnant, my brain isn't working correctly...) so I dumped the frosting packed in the mixer with the other dry ingredients. By the time I realized my error it was too late so I just poured the batter into the pans and followed the directions correctly from there. They were more muffin like than bun like but they're really good! My husband and I have been eating them all week with a schmear of butter. Can't wait to try these again after following the directions like a high functioning adult!

I baked these in a muffin pan and they turned out great. Decreased baking time by about 5 min. My celiac boys love them!!
Hubby loved them, although he's also sensitive to spices and especially cinnamon, so next time I make them I'll probably make my own cinnamon/brown sugar mix with less cinnamon.
They take a long time to make, but are well worth it when it’s done. They are very tasty and filling.
They were easy to make and tasted very good. Better on the first day, but still tasty!
