Our family LOVES these hamburger buns. We buy the lactose free variety. They are easy to make and hold up great with a hamburger patty too. They are wonderful for lunchmeat sandwiches. Add a pinch of onion powder to the dough and sprinkle dehydrated onions on top of the dough after it is shaped and before it rises. The best onion rolls ever. Sure don't miss gluten when we eat these buns.
