One-Pot Gluten-free Taco Soup


Ingredients:

Directions: In 4 quart sauce pan, melt butter and saute onions over medium heat until softened; about 5 minutes. Add ground beef and brown. *If using higher percentage of fat ground beef, drain at this time. Add rest of ingredients and simmer 5-10 minutes. Top with cheese, sour cream, tortilla chips, or eat plain. Enjoy!
