Gluten-free Cheesecake Filling


8 oz cream cheese

1 cup whipping cream

1/4 cup sugar

1 tsp. vanilla

Directions: Whip cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla. Whip whipping cream to a soft peak and fold into cream cheese mixture. Put this into a  Mom's Place Cheesecake / Graham Cracker Crust
