Gluten-free Apple Crisp


8 cups peeled, chopped apples

4 Tbs. butter, melted

2/3 cup sugar

1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Mix butter, sugar, and cinnamon. Pour over apples.

Topping:

1 cup Mom's Best Flour Blend

1 cup Mom's Place Gluten Free Rolled Oats or Quick Cooking Oats

1 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup butter

1/4 tsp baking soda

1/4 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp salt

Mix and place about 1/4 of topping in the bottom of a greased 9x9 pan. Layer with apple mixture. Add remaining topping and work somewhat into the apples leaving a good amount of crumble on top. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
