Gluten Free Cobbler Cobbler Cobbler!

FOR A FRUIT COBBLER:

Ingredients:

1 package Mom's Place Gluten Free Yellow Cake Mix

1 quart or 2 cans of fruit (i.e. peach, raspberry, blueberry)

4 eggs

2/3 cup mayonnaise

1 cup milk

Directions: Mix cake as instructed on the yellow cake mix label. Pour fruit in bottom of 9x13 pan or dutch oven. Pour cake batter on top of fruit. Bake at 350 degrees for appoximately 90 minutes or until middle is done. Cover with aluminum foil after first 15 minutes. Serve warm and add ice cream or whipped cream. Enjoy!

FOR A BLACK FORREST COBBLER:

Ingredients:

1 package  Mom's Place Gluten Free Decadent Devil's Chocolate Food Cake Mix

2 cans cherry pie filling

1/2 cup cooking oil

1 Tbsp. vinegar

3 eggs

1 1/2 cups water

Directions:

Mix cake as instructed on Devil's Food Cake label. Pour fruit in bottom of 9x13 pan or dutch oven. Pour cake batter on top of fruit. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 45 to 60 minutes or until middle is done. Cover with aluminum foil after first 15 minutes. Serve warm and add ice cream or whipped cream. Enjoy!

Gluten Free Sourdough Bread

FOR THE "STARTER":

Ingredients to Combine:

1 Tbsp. gluten free active dry yeast

1 cup milk at room temperature

1 cup sweet rice flour

1 tsp. sugar

1. In a 1 quart glass jar, dissolve the yeast in the milk by stirring with a wooden spoon. Add the rice flour and sugar; mix well. Cover the jar loosely with a small piece of cheesecloth or other cloth and allow it to sit at room temperature for 2 to 3 hours.
