Homemade Gluten-free Whipped Topping

Homemade Gluten-free Whipped Topping


We use this to top anything that you would normally use whipped topping for. You will need at least a hand mixer. Be careful not to over beat it into butter.

Ingredients:

2 Cups Chilled Whipping Cream

1 tsp. Vanilla

1/2 Cup Powdered Sugar

 

Add all three ingredients in mixing bowl. Beat on high until stiff peaks form. Better to beat it a little longer then not enough. If you want it a little sweeter and more powdered sugar 1/4 cup at a time.

This is great on pies, using Mom's Place Gluten Free Blue Ribbon Pie Crust!
