Gluten Free Chili Beef Pasta


Ingredients:

1 lb. ground beef

1 package Mom's Place Gluten Free Mild Chili Seasoning Mix

1 small onion (chopped)

2 (14 oz.) cans diced tomatoes

1 chopped green pepper (optional)

2 cups water

1 tsp. sugar

1 package Mom's Place Gluten Free Rotelle Pasta

Chopped tomatoes and minced fresh; oregano, optional

Directions:

In a large sauce pan, cook ground beef and onions until hamburger is no longer pink, breaking into crumbles; drain. Stir in chili mix, diced tomatoes, green pepper, sugar and water; bring to a boil. Stir in pasta and reduce heat. Simmer, covered 8-10 minutes or until pasta is tender, stirring occassionally. Serve and top with fresh tomatoes and oregano, if desired.
