This is a recipe from my sister and it is so rich and creamy, my kids think that it is better then the store bought. The best part is you don't have to worry about raw eggs because this recipe is cooked. (sort of like a custard and so easy) This does take alittle bit of time so you need to plan ahead on this one abit.

Easy Peachy Gluten Free Cobbler
We had a family gathering this last week and wanted to do a peach cobbler, Dutch oven style. It was so good, not a bite was left. We made a 14" dutch oven full and normally we have left overs. Some family told us that it was better then our regular cobbler. We served it with homemade whipped topping. SO YUMMY! I am ready to make another tonight. (This can be baked in the oven)
Homemade Whipped Topping
We use this to top anything that you would normally use whipped topping for. You will need at least a hand mixer. Becareful not to over beat it into butter.
