Gluten-free Corn Bread
This is deliciously moist bread. The whole family will love and be begging for more. They won't even know that it is gluten free. Makes a 9x9 inch pan, Serve with honey butter for an excellent combination of flavors. Just add shortening, eggs, and buttermilk.
